A typical stone building built between 1850 and 1860 that has completely maintained the original structure, with exposed with exposed ceiling beams and stonework, terracotta floors and period furnishings.
THE ORGANIC OIl
Our olive trees total 1200, including 300 over 80 years old and 900 around 15 years old. The varieties are those typical of our area: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, dolce agogia.
